01Who we are

The store is run by Barbaro Racing. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Barbaro Racing, and "you" means the person placing the order.

02Fitment and safety

• Fitment comes from vehicle manufacturer data and our cross-reference database. Before fitting, check that the KD part number and pad shape match the pads on your car. If they do not match, do not fit them: contact us and we will help.
• Brakes are a safety system. Pads should be fitted by a qualified mechanic and bedded in as described in the fitting instructions.
• Each compound has a published operating temperature range. Choose a compound that suits how you drive. Race compounds are made for motorsport and may not suit everyday road use.

03Prices and currency

• Prices are shown in the currency of the country you ship to: Australian dollars for Australia, euros for the European Union, and US dollars for other countries.
• Australian prices include GST.
• Prices for delivery outside Australia do not include import duty, VAT or other taxes charged by your country. You pay these on delivery.
• Dealer prices apply only to approved dealer accounts and must be kept confidential.
• Prices can change at any time. You pay the price shown when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

04Orders and payment

• When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in it. We accept the offer when we send your order confirmation.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund any payment in full.
• Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed by our payment provider, Airwallex. We do not see or store your full card details.

05Shipping and delivery

• Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates.
• The goods are your responsibility once delivered. They belong to you once we have received full payment.
• If your parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send photos of the packaging and the pads.

06Returns

• Change of mind: you can return unused pads in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first so we can tell you where to send them. You pay the return postage. We refund the price of the returned items to your original payment method once we have received and checked them.
• Pads that have been fitted, bedded in or used cannot be returned for change of mind.
• Wrong part: if we sent the wrong item, or our fitment data was wrong for the car you entered, we pay the return postage and send the right part or refund you.

07Your consumer rights and our liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, or use outside a compound's published operating range.

08Your information

We use your details to process and deliver your order, provide support and manage dealer accounts. We share them only with the services needed to do this, such as our payment provider and couriers. We do not sell your information. To see, correct or delete your details, email info@barbaro-racing.com.

09Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
